Full face bandana missing from stores?

i was wondering how my friend has the full face bandana/mask that you usually see in shootout missions, is it even purchasable anymore or is it really well hidden in the store catalog? I checked the fence and he doesn't sell any masks online. Maybe it is one of the 4 that you can buy but now im almost certain they are pulling clothing from the stores, can someone clarify this for me?

it's been months now and people are still asking about this because they don't know. What I dont understand is why nobody ever gives a straight answer!!!

The full face mask is tue trimmed bandana, buy it, equip it and put it on using your item wheel.

Go to the general store near black water, I've seen every bandana you can imagine in there. Find any general store, and you should be able to find it in accessories. Let me know if you are still having issues. I don't believe you can purchase the bandana through the hand held catalog, you have to find a general store and go there in person.

you have to equip it from items tab in your weapon wheel ( L1 ) and equip the bandana to have '' full face ''

Yes, that is how you equip the bandana. He is asking how you purchase the new ones because he can't find them.

Omg thank you so much I looked everywhere and wasn't sure if that would be it. I was 1 level under the requirement too until now
