Interview, an interview is mandatory for every recruit that is planning on enlisting in the impio battalion. In the interview the recruiter will ask you a series of questions and they'll be writing down your answers word for word. Then marking them at the end, there is a minimum mark that your must receive to be able to proceed to the next stage of recruitment. Boot-camp, attending and completing the boot-camp is mandatory for anyone planning on becoming a fully fledged member of the impio, a minimum of 3 recruits is needed to host a boot-camp which will be lead by a head training instructor, passing the interview is required to be able to attend a boot-camp. Uniform, when a recruit completes their boot-camp they'll be given the official uniform of the impio and will be made to wear it while on duty.
