Annoying motion blur?

Anyone else notice that when you are moving around in the game, the background has a slight motion blur that really distorts the look of the game? It is as if the background goes out of focus and it actually really bothers me. 

I can't figure a way to turn it off or adjust it. Is this how the game is suppose to be or am I missing something?

I get some ghosting from the TAA Medium settings i use. Maybe it could be that? It'll go away if i turn off the TAA.

Try experimenting with your AA settings.

It depends on your system really. I would put TAA on medium like Anteronoid does and then change your screen resolution scale to 1.250

That did work. Tried it out the other day and meant to respond.

Seems to be much less noticeable. I don't see it at night at all now. Thanks guys!
