selling horses

Hi.
I'm wondering where to sell a horse I acquired from a rival gang. I tried a stable but he only gave me peanuts, and the fence at emerald ranch isn't interested at all. So where can I get a good price for such critters?

Later in the game a mission will open up a new option to fence your stolen horses, and that pays a bit more than stables.

Also, you get more for horses you bonded with.

But even then, stealing horses doesn't exactly make you rich, mostly a bit of cash on the side if you happen to end up with a horse without papers.

Stealing horses will get you fast cash but not good cash. Like mentioned above, you need papers to get any real money from selling horses. If you are in a pinch and need money though it is a great option.
