RD2 Unplayable on pc after patch

I bought this game about 3 weeks ago knowing that PC has multiple issues. I got all my graphics changed around and had game running relatively smoothly for the most part. I log in today to a long patch which changed all my settings, no worry I changed them all back. Now when I log in game is [REMOVED] unplayable. Video lock up every 2 seconds. This has been total [REMOVED] show from the start but I didn't mind much at beginning bc I was able to actually play. Now I can literally not eve move in game. Rockstar - fix your [REMOVED] game.

Ranting on here about this issue won't help. I know it feels good to vent but this forum is a fan forum and no way associated with Rockstar. You need to contact them and tell them what is going on and get them to fix the issue for you.
