IM NOT GETTING XP FOR FIST FIGHTS AND ROWING BOATS. SAYS YOU GET 10 XP FOR FIST FIGHTS AND 20 XP FOR ROWING 100 METERS

.......btw, if no one else responds with a potential solution or answer as to why you are not receiving XP for these actions, my suggestion would be to submit a trouble ticket with R* Support:

If you are not getting XP for something you should be getting (which I know I have for both recently) it is a good idea to contact Rockstar like mentioned above.
