activation code missing

I have been playing rdr2 on ps4 long enough to complete it 2 times... love this game.

How do i locate the 16 digit activation code so I can utilize all the functions of the online.

please please help me.. I cannot even submit a support ticket without the activation code

Did you download the game from the marketplace or get an actual disc copy of the game?

Activation code?  It's been over a year but I do not recall one?

You just right tab over from the story mode loadup screen

If you downloaded the game, it is saved to your file. I don't remember seeing an activation code for anything other than like specialty items. Is that what you mean? You got a special edition game and didn't download everything?
