Stuck on scene with snowy house

Just started the game. Killed the gang in that house, freed the woman from the basement.

FMV shows us taking her away and then i am stuck on this:

 

Been about ten minutes now. Just snow blowing around the house and nothing happens.

Tried every key on the keyboard and every button on my gamepad.

The gameplay should progress from here.  If you've not done already, I'd simply restart from the last saved point or start the game over.  I've not seen reports of the game sticking here.  It's possible there might be a network issue here - the game might want a constant internet connection to sync your progress to the cloud - I'm not sure it would be happy being offline.

i know it was a very long time ago that this was made, but i did run into the same problem today in my game. all i had to do was pause, select the "story" option, manually save and then load the saved game and it got to the next scene of story, therefore unsticking the game
