FMV shows us taking her away and then i am stuck on this: Been about ten minutes now. Just snow blowing around the house and nothing happens. If you've not done already, I'd simply restart from the last saved point or start the game over. I've not seen reports of the game sticking here. It's possible there might be a network issue here - the game might want a constant internet connection to sync your progress to the cloud - I'm not sure it would be happy being offline.
