Best horse for Bounty Hunting/Hunting?

Now, I used to use a thoroughbred for all this (it was free, it was all I had) and it was ALWAYS agitated. But now, I use a Breton. I've yet to test it for Bounty Hunting, but it seems that Hunting is pretty easy. It's obedient, it's strong, but it seems as if it's still a bit timid. It might just be because I have a lvl 2 bond with it, but I really don't know. Is there any other horses that are good for hunting?

I never really noticed a difference between the horse breeds.  But then again, I used the same horse pretty much throughout the story.  Maxing out the bonding does help, as well as reassurance at stressful times.  Pay attention to your horse's stamina, make sure it's fed and cleaned regularly.  A hungry and mangey horse isn't a happy horse.
