ALT-Tabbing

I'm having a "new to me" problem these passed 2 days - on PC when I ALT- tab from the game to a webpage [map or youtube] when I TAB back all I get is a black screen in the game screen - I can hear the game & it is responding to certain buttons [ESC for example] but I'm unable to play or close the game using the STOP button in Steam - I have to TASK manager close it down & restart - this is new to me is/has anyone else experienced this?

I had this going on a couple of weeks ago and it turned out to be an NVIDIA GeForce Experience update. A new update came the next day and the problem disappeared. 

Now that I'm looking at the date of your post I suspect your problem might be resolved too.
