IGN has an article claiming that you only need to have an active GTA Online account to get it, but I'm pretty sure that's wrong since I do have an active GTA Online account and yet said hatchet has never spawned for me (there isn't even a spot for it open in the weapons compendium for it in my game). For a little bit of hilarity, scroll down on that IGN page and read the comment there. Apparently, anyone without this one single weapon doesn't have the full game available to them. 😆 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
