Creating an Xbox One Persistent Posse?

Quick question since this will be my first time doing this. Once you setup a persistent posse in Red Dead Online and pay the fee, is the posse’s name locked in and is this a one time only fee?

Looks to me like you can rename for free, it is an option but I have not tryed

The $200 posse forming fee is a one-off, you reform for free on future sessions.  Sorry I don't know whether the name can be changed for free but as @Tom Dooley says it looks free, just haven't tried!
