Can we please get an update to sell stolen horses and also sell our own horses which we own please

Are you talking about Story mode or Online mode here?

In Story mode, you can sell your stolen horses to the Horse Fence - this ability is opened up as part of the story line.  I'm fairly sure you can sell your own horses to the stable.
