You're missing the Panther's Eye trinket.  The legendary panther is obtained as part of the trapper challenges, you can't access it just by going to the right location as you do with the other legendary animals.

I have a Panther's Eye from the legendary panther. you can see it on the photo

Ah, I see it now, thanks. 
 

It’s a bit hard to see some of the icons as they look different to how I see them in the strategy guide. 
 

Take a look here and see if you can see what you’re missing. Possibly the alligator tooth or boar tusk.
