Anyone having issues with accessing online right now?

I have tried a number of times but keep getting Error Code 0x99270017 and I can't figure it out. I tried some other games and tested my internet, all seems to be fine. I guess I will try again later.

I was having issues this morning. I tried again and was able to get on about an hour ago. I was just helping a friend with something and got off though. So I don't know if the issue returned or not.

I was getting kicked offline a lot yesterday but was able to connect again each time. This was happening on and off for a good 40 minutes. I took a break and tried again later and it was fine.
