Red Dead Redemption 2 enjoyed a fairly smooth launch on consoles well over a year ago and a... less than smooth one on PC recently, but many patches in the time since then have corrected just about all issues players could possibly encounter.

Nonetheless, Rockstar is tirelessly hunting and squashing bugs and the latest patch rolled out this week should improve stability even more.
Beyond general stability fixes - which mean fewer crashes, bugs, endless loading screens or disconnections when speaking of Red Dead Online - a specific bug with Posses has also been fixed. In some cases when a Posse Leader Sell Mission was completed in Red Dead Online, the other Posse members would lose their Moonshine bottles. This is no longer the case.
2020 hasn't been big with respect to new content for Red Dead Online yet, but we're only barely past half of January, and expect new DLC to hit the game in the upcoming weeks and months. Moonshiners was released at the end of December and we're guessing more Roles lie in the future of the game as well.
