Yeah I think you're right! Your blood is thinner when you're drunk too, so talking with some guys I know that actually do tats they all say the same thing, which is it's harder to do a tat when the person has thin blood. Not sure why, as I don't have any or know much about tats, but it makes sense. I'm sure there are shady places around that will but probably hard to find lol1 point
