I apologize if it was previously mentioned, as I am relatively new here. The M rating means 18+ while the legal gambling age is 21 and over. I am in agreement with you, and even if the states did force them to raise the age it would not affect younger people from having parents buy it for them. It is just unnecessary trouble and attention I think Rockstar wants to avoid.1 point
