There is a rules to spawn it. If 2 players in same area, it won't spawn if both player look at same location. Means need 1 player to go to specific location & look at spawn location. & it will be there. Anyway, i'm happy to show you if you on ps4.

Here is my fishing spot, for steelhead trout. Don't know the name of island. Usually whenever I fishing, there always a boat pass thru in front of me.

The boat still in game. It just the number of spawning reduce drastically. I always fishing on island at flat iron lake, & there are a lot of boat spawn around. But lately only found 1 boat spawn for each 30 minutes.

That was stranger mission, which is recover stolen wagon. So, what inside that lockbox is remain unknown & mysterious. Because need lock breaker. Hehe 😂

Yeah..one of weird thing that no official instruction ever told from rockstar. I found this by accident. Maybe they don't want us to know about it, but "push to reset" button is there in game. Clearing cache will restore all setting into default.

Unrelated issue, but kinda useful info. That you can clear cache game RDR2 by rapidly tapping R1L1 after start game, until this menu screen appear. It is original RDO game menu before creating character.

3 hours after my post, still having same problem. So, since I can't connect, I put ps4 into safemode. -turn off -power on & hold power button until it beep While in safemode i select "rebuild database" & then ....voila!...i'm online! 😀Haha... And no longer having that issue Don't know if this is coincidence, but you can try that

It is stranger mission. I think from Sean, which randomly pick any player. The worst part is, game never mention about the target is a player, not npc. Me & my friend attack this target, only after his death, I realized that is a player. Feel so bad. 😔
