  1. I feel the same as the OP. It's the game of the decade IMO. On 2nd runthru and still it's awesome...just wish there were DLC missions for single player...online I stay away from...if you could play it and block others it would be better...but can't take the juvenile crap...it ruins it 4 me.
  2. I love the game and have finished my 1st playthru and find myself getting tired of milking cows and shoveling horseshit on the ranch. I hate online "play" where you have to put up with the immature folks that think it's funny just running around and shooting anything that moves. Does anyone know if Rockstar intends on releasing any DLC missions intended for single players? I would love to have new missions designed for either Arthur or John (or both) to extend the game.
  3. Strange...nothing happens when i press the left dpad arrow-alsp I read you're supposed to hold the down dpad arrow to see the temperature? that never works for me either. I wonder if theres something wrong with my controller?
  4. I am on Chapter3 I believe, I have just escaped from the O'Driscoll camp and now have recuperated and find myself back in camp with the "gang". My Journal which has always been in my saddlebag is gone... I cannot find it listed under any of the documents, letters, notes, etc listed. Am I supposed to assume it was stolen as part of the storyline or is this a bug?
  5. I live in Tombstone AZ. My wife and I run a website designed to help visitors to our town get the most out of their trip. She also publishes a monthly newsletter that deals with a different aspect of Old West history particularly as it relates to Arizona and/or Tombstone. I invite anyone interested to sign up! It's totally free of course! https://tombstonetraveltips.com
  6. In order: 1. RDR2 2. RDR1 3. FSX (MSFS) If you don't consider that a "game" then #3 would be SKYRIM
  7. I am retired now but worked most of my life as a Respiratory Therapist. You know that little tool they clip on your finger to measure your blood Oxygen level? It's called a Pulseox! (Short for Pulse Oximeter).
  8. Howdy: I have been waiting for this game since the first RDR and I have to say, it was worth the wait! I am not your typical videogamer...first off, I'm 71 years old and most folks find it amusing when they see I have a PS4 next to the 60" Vizio TV! Well, I love the Old West and my wife and I are students of western history, in fact we live and run a website here in Tombstone, Arizona. Most days I dress and look the part as you can see in my profile pic, but at 71 my reflexes and eyesight have gone to hell and RDR2 helps me feel young again! I do not enjoy online play as a rule, as i cannot compete with the youngbloods anymore and it is just too damn frustratin! Besides RDR I also enjoy Microsoft Flight Simulator and the Silent Hunter WW2 Submarine Simulation series (both on PC). The only thing I wish they would change about RDR2 is to give you the option to make the Train and Stage rides real time and show the entire route if you choose too. I don't use fast travel at all in the game. I am in no rush to get to the end. Maybe a mirror of reality? 😊👍
  9. Too bad they didn't scrap the stupid dominoes game and replace it with what was the most popular Saloon game in the Old West-FARO. That would have opened up a lot of new opportunities/storylines...making money as a crooked Faro dealer or attempting to cheat at the game, etc. It isn't a hard game to learn...easier than dominoes, I think. I own a Faro board and a group of us here get together and play every Tuesday night!
