I'm pretty tired of this. Spending hours hunting, I've got all kinds of pelts on my horse, then on the way to the butcher some random player or perhaps NPC gang will come along, I get killed, respawn and BOOM! all my horse stowed pelts are now gone. Hours of hunting down the drain.

...and no, I don't mean my ex-wife laying on the ground. I'm talking about a good ol' fashioned get together with all the knee-slappin' and shine drinkin' and swingin' your pardner dancing you can handle. Think this will be a possibility when Ranches become available for purchase ( I assume at some point they will )?

Playing last night and in Saint Denis, Valentine, and Rhodes; Literally not a single NPC. All ghost towns. Also, it's not like other players were running around in killing sprees, as there were also no corpses. Just entire empty towns.

A little cave built into a small cliff side. And in that little cave.... A certain time-traveling Delorean.

I read and hear all these complaints about lack of content, payout, etc from RDRO. I can agree with this to a point, but where most people lose me is when they compare it to GTAO. GTAO has been out for 5 years. You can't fairly compare the two games. I think people have lost their memories of when GTAO first launched. While I agree, there were more missions when it first launched than are available in RDRO, it's not like they were overflowing. Also, lets not forget the payouts those missions had. They were just as bad as RDRO's before the economy patch. Hell, I couldn't tell you how many days were spent running nothing but Violent Ducts over and over and over and over and over because it was the only decent paying mission. As for content, lets not forget, it took 1.5 YEARS to get Heists added into GTAO. Heists were a talking point of R*'s from the beginning. I think people need to slow their roll and attention spans a bit for RDRO. Of course, I also think R* could be a little more forthcoming in both content area, as well as the information area. Just my 2 cents. That I got off that NPC I just shot in the face.

I loved the single player. Played it as totally Honorable and now I want to experience the game again, (just because it was so good) but also as a totally dishonorable rogue this time. However, every time I start up a new campaign, I get all tense and anxious cuz I feel like I'm just wasting time that I should be playing leveling up my online character. Woe is me. 😉

Just Curious; What Level Are You & How Long Have You Been Playing?
KylesDad7 replied to KylesDad7's topic in Red Dead Online
I play for about 2-3 hours everyday after work, then a total of about 12 hours over the weekend. -
I must admit, I have been tempted.

Marriage; Highly overrated.

See, that's what I was thinking, that there would be. I'm on a 4K TV, so I guess he may just have to deal with his S.

Micah all the way. I hate Trevor just a little bit more though.

I have an XBox One X that I've had for awhile. My son wanted an XBox for Christmas, so I bought him an S. He's been after me for an X now, so I was thinking I'd just trade him, but was curious how big a difference the graphics would actually be. Anyone seen a side-by-side by any chance?

That game has gotten me close to buying a PS4 Pro a couple of times.

I think it's pretty self-explanatory, but in case it's not; I'm Kyles dad and my favorite number is 7.

I have a ton of tonics, whiskey, etc that I just don't use. Is there some vendor that will buy them off me?

Happened last night. Joined a session and was immediately griefed. Joined a new session, and no one was on it. For about 2 hours I was able to play in peace. Finished Stanger missions without fear of having other players gank my mission. Rn around Saint Denis without fear of being shot in the back of the head, It was great.

I've had two versions of this happen. Either I whistle but the horse ignores me, or I press the button to whistle but no whistle sound is made, but the horse does come up to me.

I ran across that same "plane". Took a pic of it as well. If you notice on mine there's a name "Charles Kinnear". According to this http://reddead.wikia.com/wiki/Charles_Kinnear he's: Charles Kinnear Gender Male Location Nuevo ParaÃso Status Deceased Affiliations John Marston, Jack Marston Weapon Unarmed Voice Actor Patch Darragh Charles Kinnear is a minor character and Stranger featured in Red Dead Redemption and mentioned in Red Dead Redemption 2. He appears in and gives the player the Stranger side-mission "Deadalus and Son".
