Join a posse it will improver game tremendously, it has for our gang we were all lone wolfs losing pelts to griefers and Rockstar, but not nowhere as many lost now

Ha Ha My horse actually killed a grizzly for me this morning bear I spawned right near it jumped on horse bear was right at back of horse who kicked out with rear legs hit bear on head I turned horse so i could get a shot in as very close and horse reared and hit bear again on head with front legs this time and killed Couldn't stop laughing as i skinned the bear and loaded in on horse I have a killer of a horse lol

Servers where really bad last night we had problems with our posse, Ive been online for half this morning and they seem to have settled down a bit

Go get a cheap headset the original PS4 one does the job perfect ( link below ) As we can easily co-ordinate what we are doing and respond to griefers faster. 4 of us met up last night and had a great time no- one bothered us hunting, one or two single players came into our are area to hunt which i believe had we been single players i would have been shot but they realised we were not going to harm them so all was good, We did the mission with Teddy Brown and when finished were spawned close to a posse doing a storyteller mode we all decided to leave em be as they passed us but they started on us not once but twice so did did then retalite and to comotion that ensued was mental as the gunshot noise attracted more randoms players ending with us 4 and several randoms destroying the horse and carts and killing them several times, Made me laugh as i said "had they not opened fire on us they would have finished there delivery, got paid and moved on. End of the night we were down to 3 players and we we attacked whilst looting and cleaning up a gang hideout by a real try-hard ranked 11 the three of us ranked at 27 46 and 61 could believe his audacity eventually he parlayed and left us in piece, I dont know what he tried to gain but got shot at least half a dozen times. No ididnt raise the flag i wasnt even aware of what was happening till i was shot whilst just sat in camp and and logo came on screen telling me i had been assassinated It was very early ingame for me and i didnt even know about these assisnation things back then but soon clicked on how to avoid them, Had about 2 dozen set on me now and survived all of them bar that first one

But you can get him in camp sniper shot will kill, I know as i was in my camp and sniper killed for assisination, when the 1st assassination came at me don't know what this was all about then but since i have escaped about 2 dozen of them

I love taking on Grizzlies ive a few spots they spawn and regularly mosey around shotgun in hand with slugs if i see him before he sees me i fire a warning shot over his head to get his attention, then he rushes strait at me so i shoot 1 slug smack in his face and down he goes, Had several 3 stars ones this way, If he sees me first its 50/50 who wins me if i get the shot in intime if not im a gonna

Started story mode 3 days before online started so was was 3 weeks on that So online mode started mid december for me and im level 60 with clothing, i wanted weapons i need and 3 horses plenty of gold and cash for now with ability cards all level one and now saving to go up to level 2 on all, could afford it now but would leave me skint ish like to keep a couple grand in pocket

You need to know where they spawn i can get an 80% chance of a spawn at the right time of day in a couple of spots One is right outside the ranch you build in single player and the river and also 300mtrs up towards tall trees the other is just north of Annesburg usually early morning or better still teatime they are regular in those places but less so in Big valley only seen a couple there Tumbleweed they spawn as well and south of Rhodes where the legendary panther was in single player

It’s so sad you see a red dot and have to circumnavigate the radar to avoid a player who may be a griefers or a good player

I think you will find beta testing finished when they opened the gold shop, as it was Xmas time and hols I would expect to loose the beta tag when loading some time soon

Try looking on there horse if they carrying pelts they ain’t likely to bother you if they look and Dress like a gunslinger and horse empty then shoot em lol

For those players not high enough to purchase special ammo here are a few spots for some free stuff Special ammo will help you level up faster as every npc kill with it gives you extra xp for example noobs in missions generally shoot an npc and get 5xp but up your game a bit and use special ammo your potential is this 5xp for kill 5xp for sp ammo 5xp for headshot and 5xp for saddle shot if npc is on horse. So Noob shot 5xp against potential 20xp shot Brenan Fort west of Van Horn in the hut inside fort go down into the cellar there are 3 boxes of Express ammo and another box inside a lockbox down there as well Also high up in the north slightly right of centre of map there is a lookout type building very high up on the mountains with a hobo camp at the side, go round to the south side of the lookout building and there is a cellar going underneath where there are several boxes of high velocity ammo also loads of tinned food in main room above Once you have collected it all go to options then online the reload into free roam, you will spawn very close to where you where so you can collect more repeat this till your full of the ammo and other stuff you need. Remember to check all around the rest of the premises for other stuff to loot, use eagle eye to see where stuff is

Unfortunately i have chat ingame switched off can't stand hearing all the music and sh...t that other players spam out all the time But surely 1 player riding into town loaded with pelts isnt a threat to you and your posse, if came at your posse then fine but why kill needlessly and why carry on chasing and killing when they ride off away from you, Ive had a full posse do this first one player kills me 3 times, I then use parley but then another member starts and so on I end up spending more time reloading into new lobbies than i do playing the game and then finaly just shut it down because session have been ruined yet again

@saffron you need to alter your PS4 settings to allow folk to send you FR you have locked up your settings so you cannot be found on psn search

I really don’t understand what you lot get out of needlessly killing others, Shooting hunters in the back whilst they are at the butcher then you jump sessions. it cannot surely be xp as you can earn far more hunting, fishing or story missions Why don’t you enter the showdown series where killing other players are what it’s about ? Why persist on killing players that have no quarrel or even want to even retaliate Cmon any griefers on here have your say tell us what you get from because I don’t understand why you do or is it true that you really are young kids with no idea
