Sadie’s Camp Item Request Reward Missing

So I gave Sadie the harmonica she asked for. I got a notification on the top left corner saying Sadie left me something at my tent. I checked the area and there’s nothing new around. The flower that’s in the glass jar on the table is now gone though. I went to go talk to Sadie and she tells you that she left something at your tent. Went back to the tent and still nothing. Anyone else have the same problem? Did you get a reward? What was the reward?
