Am I bothering myself too much?

Hello folks,

I'm done catching all the legendary fish and mailing them to the quest giver, I'm also done joining the quest giver to his last request and that finishes off his quest line, then I check the compendium all the legendary fish has been, I've also checked my completion under the collectibles and legendary fish has been checked.

But I'm really worried because when I checked the map, one of the legendary fish I've caught already isn't crossed out and it seems it was a BUG in the game, I know it's weird that it bothers me even though in my completion legendary fish is already checked.

So for those who already got the trophy for the 100% completion, did you experience that a legendary fish mark wasn't crossed out in your map? I just really want to make sure that it won't affect my completion. TIY

Which one was it? The legendary catfish isn’t crossed out for me but that’s because I never caught it. Check the total completion section in Progress. If it’s checked off you’re good to go.

Legendary catfish and lake sturgeon isn't crossed out.

So as long I have check in my completion I shouldn't bother myself with it?

You’ll be alright, buddy. Have you met the dude and got his spinner? That in itself tells me you have made it. 

For laughs, can’t you go to the place and cast for a while? 😀

I had the same bug, don't worry it won't effect anything.

I wouldn't worry about it unless I was stuck at like 99.9% and couldn't find anything else I was missing.
You could always goes back and try to catch it again if you're concerned about it.

I caught the muskie yesterday and dropped it. Luckily it got caught on a rock and I was able to retrieve it. I sent it in (and checked everything to verify) but it's still not crossed off. I'm guessing it's a bug with dropping the fish before mailing it. As long as everything says you've caught it, I would assume you got credit for it (especially since you got the reward).

I swear i've caught it before and when i went back last night as it wasn't crossed off i spent an hour fishing and couldn't catch it.  Did get a 20 lb muskie though, but i released it   i'll have to check the progress and see if that one is checked.

Thanks bud, I'm just only too paranoid about it, I feel like this if something on an open world game bugged like my experience in Witcher where one of the witcher contract bugged it really voided my trophy for completing all the contracts.

I have the same thing on mine but I can't see it changing anything with the 100% completion.

I am fairly certain someone I know on another forum 100% completed it and screen grabbed it for proof, he mentioned something about this. I will double check.
