Stranger missions question - spoilers

I havent made it to the epilogue yet, but will my unfinished stranger missions still be available for John in the epilogue??

Yeah if you are going to post a thread with spoilers, you have to use the spoiler within the post. Just putting it in the title is not good enough. Some people may look by accident and not realize what it is.
