The general store or the fence might take the shine. Stables might take the tonic. Didnt think there is a doctor online.

Doctors only take herbs.  Fences only take jewellery.  Stores don't buy anything. . Collecting herbs and crafting is only for yourself, and therefore much reduced in value.
