Unable to bring up the weapon wheel in stores. So I'm unable to rob 4 cash registers in 1 day.

Does anyone have any experience with this? I thought maybe it was because of the mission I was on, but now I just went from chapter 3 to chapter 4, and I can still no longer bring up the weapon wheel when I walk into a store. This wasnt an issue earlier in the game.

you don't use the wheel to rob the store.  target the vendor and tap the button shown in the tool tip, then tap the button to rob them.  Look at your tooltips in hte lower right corner.

You're not the only one that was duped by this though. Someone else was asking about it recently.
