Arcadia for Amatuers not spawning after part 1

So I noticed stranger missions that are not spawning. I did part 1 of arcadia for amatuers and when I approached where the next part was, the mission/quest disappeared and I can't get it to spawn. It's simply gone.. anyone one else experience this? On xbox on x for me..

Sometimes stranger missions are disabled while you have another mission in progress. Sometimes they’re only active at certain times of the day. 

So this one might be a time-of-day thing. Or there may be enemies/predators too close to the spawn site, but that’s just a guess.

I just checked the strategy guide. Each mission in this strand pops up 48 in-game hours after the previous one ends. 

Like I said above, they might become unavailable if there’s an ongoing mission or at night.
