Native burial site

I don't have the stone axe showing in the center.  Is there an activation that I must do to get it to spawn, or is my game glitched?

Assuming you've completed the GTA: Online mission a few months back to unlock it, I had this same issue where it never spawned in the center. I simply just kept trying by carrying on with the game and returning until finally it was there. Sorry that I don't have more information, but do know there IS something "off" about it.

I had the same issue with it not showing for a while and then it randomly was there. You can contact Rockstar and see if there is something you can do. I am sure other people are having issues with this as well.

A buddy of mine did the GTA online mission for it and it never showed for him. Contacted Rockstar, twice... Never got a response.
