I just finished the Evelyn Miller mission in Tall Trees. I left the cabin burning and now there is nothing to do showing on the map. I mean, is that it? Is it game over?

Yeah, that's the end of Miller's mission strand.

There is more to the game after that but that is the end of that mission. Depending on what else you have done, just search around a bit.
