What time does rockstar roll the tuesday update?

Typically (as in the past 4 weeks or so), it's been mid morning hours PST.  However, there is no set time nor schedule for future releases.  The only one we know for sure right now is the big Spring Update coming sometime in "Spring".  The last scheduled update was on the 9th although they did do some event thing and goodies last week on Tues which falls in line with the other updates we have received so far in the last 4 weeks or so.

No, just weekly specials on in-game items, etc.  I created a thread for it.
