Bugged scent cover?

Before the new update v1.09 on PS4 , my sent cover seemed to last the whole day.  Now on v.109 I apply it and it last less then a game hour ( like two or three minutes in real time).  what happened?

 

Do I need to carry a cover sent shop on my back to buy the stuff?  unless i go swimming that stuff should last almost all day. Yeah i use to dear hunt with bow, and use deer urine to mask sent and last most if not all day. So why on earth does this stuff only last less then a hour?

I didn't see anything mentioned in the patch notes about the cover scent but here you go:

There may be something I missed or perhaps it was simply not mentioned.  .....or?

that sounds like more of a bug.  Seems to me like it lasts half an in-game day (or night).  but weather and such will affect that, like heavy rain or swimming.
