Some cloth are greyed out

I bought from my handheld catalogue Bow tie and some other tie, but they are greyed out in my wardrobe so i cant equip them. What can i do with them?

I’m not sure about clothing, but do you have to pick it up at the post office (like other things you order through the catalog) before it become available at the wardrobe?

It s quite possible that you need a shirt that is compatible with those ties. Not all shirts are.
