Can you save data across devices?

Hello all and thanks in advance for reading my question. I am playing RDR2 on two different PS4's (one at my mom's and one at my dad's). Shouldn't the game be able to remember where I was when Ieft off? Or is the data only saved to the PS4? When I tried signing in at my mom's, it took me back to where I was the last time I was there instead of the last time that I played (at my dad's). I am auto-saving.

local save files.   you can copy the save file to an external device and travel with it,  at least on Xbox you can

On PS4 there is also a cloud save for files. Perhaps you can see if a later file is saved when you go to one house or the other and then download it?  ....just a thought
