PvP Headshot Details Questions

So ever since the update I have great trouble consistently getting shots. I have a few questions if someone can help please. I get headshotted very fast over and over by people and I cannot do it. What method do you use? Using PIB do you aim then and swipe up at the same time ? Do you go into deadeye same time you aim gun and then swipe up ? Do you aim and swipe at the same time ? I'm need exact control details. I can get headshots on the second shot with PIB after missing the first. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think R* changed headshots with the last major update. You can no long just aim & hit up on the stick if a player is moving for a headshot. This still works if the player is standing still.

But if the player is moving to your right, you'll have to aim more at 1 or 2 o'clock / up & to the right with the stick. Same goes for if the player is moving to your left. You'll have to aim at 10 or 11 o'clock / up & to the left.

I haven't used PiB for a while, but when I did. I used it by aiming first for the headshot & then activating deadeye.
