Dead Eye Drain

Hello again Buddies All, I have stumbled my way to Rank 53 Adam recently experiencing very rapid Dead Eye Core and Bar drain. I am consuming yellow tonics as fast as I can make them!

I haven't fully understood the Abilities Cards so would welcome advice on the optimum setting for survival without constantly having to reset these cards. I am a low hostility high honour player who tries to avoid conflict whenever possible.

If you want to make deadeye last longer, the two best cards for that are unblinking eye and eye for an eye. Unblinking eye(blue card) slows down deadeye and eagle eye drains and eye for an eye(green card) restores some of the outer deadeye ring for every headshot kill. Also make and eat lots of thyme big game meat. That will give you a gold deadeye core.

Someone else was posting about quick dead eye core drains a couple weeks back  and I suggested the passive cards mentioned above too but I wonder if the root problem is the characters weight.  I believe overweight and underweight characters are going to experience quick core drains

This is exactly the kind of advice I was hoping for. Many thanks. Not sure whether I have enough rank yet (53) to activate these cards but will check and get them ASAP.

Many thanks for this advice Buddy. I believe my weight is showing as 'average' but perhaps I will see the results of being underweight. I will obtain the recommended Ability Cards  as soon as I can.

Here's another tip. Conserve deadeye by using it in short spurts.  Shut deadeye off when you don't  have a target immediately in your sights that you can lock on to.

Further to my thanks earlier today. I find I can in fact acquire these cards  (and others that were hitherto a mystery to me) and have done so, and I believe they are working just as you advised. This is a breakthrough for me in the game that will give me even more pleasure in it than before. Many thanks to all the members who took the time to share their knowledge with me.

They'll work even better once you get them up to tier 3.😀
