Le Tresor des Morts

Hey guys. 

I'm having a real problem to find some clues where I can find this map (Les  Tresor des morts). I have been to check jail so many times but there is not even a map or dead body. I really don't know how to get a first piece of map. Any ideas ? Please help. Thank you very much. Daniel.

Dumb question here:  Do you have the Special or Ultimate edition of the game?  If not, this treasure map is not available.
