Ability Cards; What's Your Recommendation For Defensive Solo Play?

I normally use same setup as Lumper mentioned, and the new Navy Revolver responds nicely with S+S, Fool Me Once, Iron Lung, and Peak Condition lvl 3s, and Gunslinger's Choice as a swap-out for #4 for an alternative.

I usually run Paint it Black, Iron Lung, Fool Me Once and Strange Medicine.

The griefers also have ability cards so it can be hard choosing your 4 cards, I always have Paint It Black and Come Back Stronger, Peak Condition and Winning Streak, I am quite happy with this build and see no reason to change.
