Getting the game to run

I got red dead 2 two days ago, i havent even seen the main menue. whenever i launch the game i get the error "an unexpected error has occured", "another instance is already running" or task manager states it is running but does nothing, the game does not show up or can be opened. I have reinstaleld the game, the launcher, my drivers, verified the game files, ran in safe mode , ran with admin and disabled full screen optimizations and i even reinstalled windows on my pc. I cannot get this game to funtion at all. I meet more than the reccomended requirements for the game. Help!

.....moving this to the PC subforum since it is PC specific.  Let's hope someone answers with some advice.  I see you've posted this on Reddit and Steam.  ....guess they didn't have the answers either?

While we wait for the specs, I suggest if you haven't already, go into your security software and make an exemption for Red Dead Redemption 2. This is what solved my launch issues.
