clif9710
I'm running Win7 and occasionally while playing RDR2, I'll get the BSoD and I have to restart my PC. This happens maybe once every couple of days and only with this game. It doesn't seem to matter how long the game has been running so I don't think it's a GPU issue and it only started within the last 3 weeks or so, though I have been playing several months now. There's no relationship to what I am doing in the game.

Every time I would start the game the launcher would start but when the game should have launched, a blue screen would come up and tell me that it had to restart. Every try after that, same problem. I validated the game files in Steam, restarted my PC and was able to play the game. Edited August 24, 2020 by Vendetta

It's not just a flat blue screen, its all different colors and shards of colors, flashing. I always wind up having to ctrl+alt+delete and exit through task manager. Give my system a little down time and come back again and it works again.
