Data Corrupted

I just got red dead redemption on ps4 not pro or slim or anything just a ps4 I download the game and load into it I try story mode and the percentage gets to 90% every time and the kicks me out and says data is corrupted delete the game and reinstall it which I did four more times then I realize I never tried online so I did and I got so excited because it let me make my character and it puts me on an intro where I’m riding a wagon with police officers then 30 seconds later it kicks me out and says the same thing and I try multiple times and says the same thing. I have deleted the data and tried, I put my ps4 into rebuild software multiple times and nothing worked please please help

It sounds like it’s not the game file, but your PS4 instead. Your console could be shot. For example, I put a new stereo in my car, but the CD player quit working within a week. Now it won’t even take CD’s. Everything else works. Either way I need to replace it. All too often electronics of this nature do this. Everything seems good to go, but one bit of data later, you see how jacked it really is. So it seems to me that you’re just going to have to bite the bullet, and get a new system.

At this point, I wouldn't leap to the conclusion that the system needs to be replaced.  There are several other things I would (personally) try before giving up.

Are you at or near capacity on the internal HDD?  I'm assuming your installing RDR2 on the internal drive and not an external SSD, etc.? 

Is RDR2 the only game this happens to?  Have you recently tried to install and successfully play other games?

I see you've tried to rebuild the database but perhaps it's time to try and do a full wipe / re-install?  

If you do have a compatible external SSD, you might want to try using that and see how it goes.  In fact, this is a great way to expand your storage and increase the performance on these aging consoles (depending on the SSD).  I bought a Samsung T5 external SSD that I used for my PS4 and then (now) my PS5 for PS4 games.  .....all my PS5 titles I install on the internal SSD.

Anyhow, my point is that there are other things you can try.
