Is there a way to change my gender in game?

I haven't played in awhile and getting back into the game I forgot I was using a female character. I would like to play as a dude. I just don't know if there is a way to change it or not. Anyone know? I will be online later hoping to sort it out.

Nope. You have to either create a new character or delete your current one. The only thing you will keep as far as I know is your gold/cash so be absolutely sure before you do it. I did it once just cause I wanted to refresh the game for myself.

I refresh myself every 6 months or so and make a new character. You keep your money but you will lose everything else. I just like to keep things fresh for myself so I don't have to take breaks or feel like I am getting bored. You can't just swap your gender though. I looked into it plenty of times.

I wish they'd allow for it but I guess they didn't want people flip flopping around. 

I don't think you can do this in GTA 5 either. Maybe it will be an option in GTA 6 and RDR3 if we get one.
