Great to have you on the forum dude, I look forward to seeing your opinions on Red Dead Redemption II.

Red Dead Redemption II Xbox One Posse based off my Crew, the Red Dead Online Beta drops next month and we'll be riding the vast open plains together when it does. We're a relaxed Posse for people wanting to mount up with fellow outlaws, hustlers and vagabonds to rob, kill and run amok across all five states and beyond so if your looking for some extra guns to watch your back when you hop into Red Dead Online look no further.

Great to have you dude, see you on the plains.

Ahh, I just knew Bologna to be a meat dish. Thanks for clearing that up.

Unusual name for a horse, do supermarkets where you live try to sell you horse meat by passing it off as something else? We had an issue over here a few years ago where an unlucky few ended up eating horse lasagne.

It was revealed a while back that we'll be able to name our horse/horses in Red Dead Redemption II. What cool, funny or downright disturbing names are you guys gonna be giving your horses?

The last DLC for Red Dead Redemption added additional Gang Hideouts that rewarded the highest scoring player with an Explosive Rifle holding five rounds that could not be replenished by ammo boxes and were lost if you died, unfortunately many players used glitches and exploits that enabled them to have an Explosive Rifle with ammo every time they respawned which was a nightmare for clean players because the Explosive Rifle had the range of a sniper rifle and the impact radius of a stick of dynamite. I am a tad worried by the inclusion of explosive ammo, I'm hoping it can only be used in singleplayer.

Same, I was contemplating how I would go about stripping them off the billboard without tearing them or being caught but unfortunately the billboard is on a fairly busy main road and people round here can never mind their own business and love calling the police.

I personally don't think we'll see any characters from Red Dead Revolver make an appearance, we might get some small Easter Eggs or references to their existence like we did in Red Dead Redemption but I doubt we'll get a full on cameo. It would be cool if we could find things that previously belonged to characters from Red Dead Revolver, an old revolver, a hat, a holster etc.

The artwork ain't new but I was pleased to see some Red Dead Redemption II artwork up on my road. I was completely plastered, struggling to get back to my yard when I spotted it so the pictures I took are a tad blurry. This game was officially announced over two years ago and it's been so far away for so long that now with release just under two weeks away, I feel Red Dead Redemption II's launch is gonna sneak up on me and I'll end up being busy when it drops.

What is your biggest fear for Red Dead Redemption II?
Archbell replied to Archbell's topic in Red Dead Redemption 2
I see where your coming from but I don't think a lack of cooperative orientated gameplay is the problem, Rockstar pushed cooperative gameplay to quite an extent in GTA Online and the rest of the game industry has done the same but you can't just force players of different playstyles to play together in an open world environment and expect them to get along. In my opinion the problem with GTA Online was that they pushed cooperative gameplay while at the same time introducing vehicles and weapons that could only be used effectively in a PVP environment. We're never going to have a singular freeroam environment where players can play cooperatively with others without being harassed while at the same time other players in the same freeroam are able to run around and kill all that can be killed without being labelled griefers, I am well aware that there are players out there who are hell-bent on griefing and ruining the fun of others but there are also honest players out there who pick up a game with guns in it purely to start shootouts with other players and there's nothing wrong with that. I've said this before but I'll say it again, there needs to be multiple types of Red Dead Online Freeroam because otherwise we'll suffer a repeat of the ----show which was GTA Online. -
Same here, I'll be sure to add you next time I load up my Xbox.

What are you most excited for in RDR2?
Archbell replied to Cowboy Pup's topic in Red Dead Redemption 2
Although the ability to turn any town into a ghost town by killing all it's residents would be cool, I doubt Rockstar would include NPCs that don't respawn. If NPCs the player killed didn't respawn, most towns would be filled with a bunch of un-killable children running around like a Wild West Lord Of The Flies. I wanna explore the world, discover secrets in areas both old and new as well as encounter some of the more unusual strangers scattered throughout the world. I'm also eager to visit the port city of Saint Denis, I'm almost certain Red Dead Redemption II will feature either stationary or drivable riverboats that the player can board, walk around and possibly even gamble on. I wouldn't be surprised if riverboats are something Rockstar has kept quiet about as riverboats would fit the time and setting of the game perfectly, the first Red Dead Redemption was originally going to feature a functioning albeit stationary riverboat in Blackwater but it was scrapped before release so functioning riverboats in the Red Dead series have been a long time coming. -
A trapping device, most likely a bear trap can be seen in the first gameplay trailer but it's only shown as part of a random encounter so whether we'll be able to use them for hunting remains unknown.

I have learnt a valuable lesson today, I will never again look for answers about unimportant things that I do not understand lest I be scarred for life once more.

I was born in 1996 so I have no idea who these he-shes are and I get the feeling that's something to be thankful for but I'm also confused as to why these nobodies filmed a video on such iconic, hallowed ground, who are these people?

Red Dead Redemption II will supposedly feature as many as fifty weapons, it's been widely reported that we'll only be able to carry two long arms, two handguns as well as a knife and lasso on our person at any one time. Obviously what weapons we choose to carry will depend on what we're doing but going off what weapons have been confirmed so far, which four weapons are you most excited to use and what will you be most likely to carry?

Some of the timed exclusive content coming to PS4 at launch has been revealed. These items will be available at launch for PS4 users in singleplayer and Red Dead Online according to various sources, the same content will be available on Xbox One 30 days later.

I never would have guessed that was the origin of your name, if I had the choice between being called "Cokey" or "Skunk" I'd probably go with "Cokey". It doesn't seem that bad a name but having said that, I know a fair few people who would fit the name "Cokey" and although they're wonderfully fun people, you have to watch your drinks when your around them.

How do you think ammo will be supplied in multiplayer?
Archbell replied to Jackthestripper's topic in Red Dead Online
Oh okay, I thought you'd mistaken this for a singleplayer thread. Rockstar already confirmed players will be able to buy ammo and weapons from Gunsmiths in Red Dead Online when they released information on Red Dead Redemption II's different editions and pre order bonuses. -

Archbell replied to Jackthestripper's topic in Red Dead Online
I'm hoping players are only able to carry 50 - 100 rounds of ammunition for each category of firearm they're carrying and I hope Rockstar also limit dynamite to 1 - 2 sticks which have to be bought at a Gunsmith or elsewhere, I was not a fan of GTA Online's Interaction Menu which granted every player infinite explosives and ammo. -

He's talking about Red Dead Online, you were only able to buy ammo at Gunsmiths in Red Dead Redemption's singleplayer, not multiplayer.
