UKSammy84
For some reason Amazon has stopped accepted pre-orders for RDR2 on the PS4 only - https://www.amazon.com/Red-Dead-Redemption-2-PlayStation-4/dp/B01M5DZ525 The message says: Quote Currently unavailable. We don't know when or if this item will be back in stock Anyone got any ideas what it could mean? Obviously a delay is the first thing that comes to mind, but the Xbox One version of the game is still available. Could it be somehow related to the special partnership that Red Dead Redemption 2 has with Sony? Edited April 24, 2017 by UKSammy84
redscrew
I was just going to post about this!! I feel like this means there will be a delay and maybe they didn't get to the Xbox one yet. We will see in the next day or so. Ugggg seems like bad news!
GatoNegro
If it does happen on Xbox's as well then we know it is going to be delayed. If not, then it is likely something to do with PS and a marketing campaign. EDIT - Just read this... Quote "The reason the game is unavailable is because Amazon has reached its current quota/limit, meaning that we have currently reached the amount we have been given." CowBoii
I would not be surprised if what Gato said was true. That seems like a logical reason to stop if you ask me. If the release date has been delayed we will find out from Rockstar soon enough anyways.
elmZ
Has it actually been done to Xbox as well? I wonder if more people preordered it on PS over Xbox or more copies were just made for Xbox.
