This is without a doubt going to be about Dutch's gang. They did a good job at teasing us with it but there is no other way to look at it. We are traveling back a bit in time and we will see bad John Marston likely turn good at the end.

I think it´s definitely Dutch gang, it can´t be coincidence that three faces looks exactly like john, dutch and bill , even that thing with voice actors just confirms it.
