Any characters you hoping to see make a return?

I think we can all agree that John F'n Marston being in the game would be perfect. So aside from him, anyone else?

I am still one of the people thinking this will be a prequel and we will see some characters from the first one but this depends heavily on when it takes place and where. I am still hoping this is about Dutch's gang and Dutch is in RDR2. A lot of people didn't care for him, but I liked him.

Landon Ricketts. I know him and John didn't know each other but it would be good to see a cameo appearance, or even reports in the newspaper to give us more information on the legendary gunfighter.

 

And of course, the I Know You stranger.

It would be really cool to see some characters from Red Dead Revolver but I doubt that'll happen so I'm hoping to see Seth Briars from Red Dead Redemption before he lost his family, mind and hair. It would also be nice to see Uncle and Drew Macfarlane in there prime but like @MarstonScot I'd want to see Landon Ricketts again, unfortunately the voice actor for Ricketts Ross Hagen died in 2011 so it might not happen which is a shame because he was without a doubt my favourite character in Red Dead Redemption.

Drew Macfarlane gets a yes from me. Just because it can tie in so well with the story if they do a prequel. There are others so I will have to think this over. It has been sometime since I played RDR.

I would be happy with most of them returning. There really wasn't one character I did not like. Well, Jack was a bit meh but he clearly won't be in this game so no worries there. haha
