Why does it seem to be almost always night in RDO?

Question

If I were rockstar, I would start by changing  how long day time is. It just always seems so Dark! Does it depend on what time you log on? Because obviously it’s real time, so it wouldn’t just reset the day/night cycle. Post answers on what you guys think on this topic.

I don't see any problem. The day / night cycle seems to be ok.  The fog tends to be a little over the top. Mind you I have never been to Louisiana. And I believe Lemoyne County is based on that state.

If you are in a darker area or a "cloudy" area it will seem darker. Just keep track of the time and you will see the shift happen.

I don't see a problem either.  The day / night cycles are continuous and similar to the main campaign and GTAV/O.  it's not "real time" nor is it dependent on individual players.  If you join a session, it will be the time that it is for everyone else.
