Player Assassinations......

From my experience, you have to out skill the person in game or rely on a gang to get these assassinations done.

Side note: it should only target medium/high hostility players.  IMO. 

I see people hopping even with the lower minutes available. Does someone get penalized for this? I never been a target.

No penalty for target for jumping.  But you'll spend more than 5 minutes loading in and (maybe) setting up a camp again.   

I just ride the RR tracks when targeted.  Never been caught, and in 5 minutes I get their reward. 

Although now i hardly ever see it, when I do it's a level 12 or something. Seeing people doing stranger missions is rare since the roles update. I.M.E.

That's what I've done as well the few times I had been targeted. I just hit the tracks and take off.  Most would give up right away or shortly thereafter. One continued to pursue so I set up on that really long, high RR bridge (not sure if you know which one I'm talking about) and sniped my attackers as they came across. ...they stopped chasing me too.

IME, it was always easy enough to get away but back then, I was also able to use the companion app until they neutered it.
