Anyone seeing working wagons?

I can't figure if the game is just broken for some users or all players are seeing the same issues.

I have not gotten a mission (other than delivery) to work since Friday. We have noticed if there are no wagons moving around the missions do not work.

Seems like a rendering/memory issue maybe.

Is everyone seeing this same behavior.

If you are getting working missions (Caravan, Supply wagon Bushwack) would like to know.

Come to think of it, I can't say I've noticed but I will certainly keep an eye out now and keep you posted.

I did a wagon escort mission this morning - about 8am GMT.

At first the wagons didn't spawn but then they showed up about 3 or 4 minutes later,  and the mission ran fine from there.

For missions, yes but very few. I think they are still working on them. I am hoping we can use them in freeplay soon, not just for missions.

Yes it is definitely a bug like Harlock1796 says the mission will kick in a few mins later.

I have a question dealing with this... I tried to start a few different missions and one of them prompted me to get into a wagon but the wagon was not there. Is this something people are seeing? I just want to see if it is a common issue before I contact Rockstar about it.
