mysteriuos corps in valentine

im in the late part of chapter 6 with john,  and im in valentine when i see a X  (corps) in the new building to the left of the doctors office.  cant get to it ,  anyone whith the same prob?

I guess I didn't realize a corpse will still show up as an X even if you didn't kill them.

I think that's part of the side business the Doc is running.
